What EXACTLY will I be doing in the challenge?
…Once the challenge starts, on August 10, you will receive a daily email with the itinerary of the challenge for that day.
…Each day you will cover a topic related to your liver health and there will be a downloadable worksheet that outlines your daily challenge task.
…The daily challenge details will also be posted in our private facebook group along with a live video that outlines what you need to do.
…The private facebook group is where you will participate in the challenge, share your daily tasks, and get feedback and encouragement and help off other like-minded people who all share the same goals.
In 1 hour a day, for 5 days
I will share with you the most important things you need to know, and do, to get
your liver to start working for you (rather than against you), to promote healthy
weight loss, and at zero cost to you. That’s right it’s 100% free.
DAY #1 - SET YOUR INTENTION
Before you head off on a journey, it’s best to know where you’re starting from.
Day #2 - RATE YOUR LIVER FRIENDLY NUTRITION
What you eat has the ability to either heal, or harm your liver.
Day #3 - ASSESS YOUR liver TOXICITY
Your body stores toxins in fat cells! Because of this, you can assume the more toxins you carry, the more body fat you have.
Day #4 - REVIEW YOUR STRESS LEVEL & HORMONE BALANCE
Stress and hormonal excess cause emotional imbalance, digestive problems, and weight gain.
Day #5 - CRAFT AN ACTION PLAN
Knowledge gives you the power to change.
Taking action is what gets you the results.

Why did I create this challenge?
For three reasons
Reason #1
There is nothing more valuable than the quality of your health. I love love love teaching and sharing what I know from my 10+ years of personal experience, and my work with hundreds of busy women like yourself. Most of what I have learned about health and wellbeing is not widely known….Empowering you with the knowledge and tools to self-heal is my purpose.
Reason #2
Connection and community are very important values to me. What better way to start a health and weight loss journey than with a group challenge! It will be way more fun than going it alone. You are far more likely to have success with the guidance and support of others.
Reason #3
We now live in a world of information overwhelm. The internet is flooded with “bandaid solutions”, some of which are misguided, confusing, contradicting, or wrongly play on your sympathies. I will teach you the Why, What, and How, and give you a little kick in the butt to get going. Accountability to take action is what will get you the results – more energy, ideal weight, quality sleep, and a glowing body – sound good?
This all sounds great but what if….
...I don’t have an hour a day to complete the daily challenges?
No worries! You can do the daily challenges at your own pace and catch up at a time that suits you. The daily challenges and challenge group will stay active for a couple of weeks after the finish date, so you have plenty of time to get things done.
...I don’t like the challenge after I started?
Then you don’t have to do it. The Challenge is completely FREE so you have nothing to lose.
